Plus (€14.95) - Tracked shipping, 24/7 service, compensation for loss, damage or incorrect size. (5-7 working days)

Premium (€2.95) - Tracked shipping, 24/7 service, full refund in case of loss, damage or incorrect size (6-10 working days)

Standard (free) - Tracked shipping, customer service (6-10 working days)

I have just placed an order, when will it be dispatched?

Your order will take 2-3 working days to process and dispatch (excluding public holidays).

If you order at the weekend, your order will be processed the following Monday. Delivery time Average delivery time: 6 - 10 working days, excluding over-subscribed processing.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during business hours. Costs Standard shipping is completely free of charge.

What to do if the product you have received is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. To initiate a return, you can contact us at help@tavoom.com.

Cancellation of the order
Would you like to cancel your order? We try to process every order as quickly as possible so as not to delay delivery.


However, if you wish to cancel your order, simply submit a request to ‘help@tavoom.com’ within 6 hours of placing your order.

Cancellation of orders that have already been dispatched
Cancellation of an order that has already been dispatched is in any case no longer possible after the deadline indicated above, without exception.
