Returns and refunds

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in the original packaging.

You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, you can contact us at help@tavoom.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the parcel. Items sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have any questions about returns, please contact us at help@tavoom.com. For damages and problems, please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and rectify the problem.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable products (such as food, flowers or plants), customised products (such as special orders or personalised items) and personal care products (such as beauty products).

In addition, we do not accept returns of dangerous goods, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions about a specific item, as we unfortunately cannot accept returns for remaining stock or gift vouchers.


We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether your refund has been authorised or not. If this is the case, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card to process your refund.

As stated in the Terms and Conditions you signed at the time of purchase, you also accept that you have no right of cancellation if you are not a consumer.
The user/consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of purchase by writing to the following email help@tavoom.com.The. If the user has chosen to have the products requested in a single order delivered in several shipments, the period for exercising the right of withdrawal begins with the delivery of the last product, and within 14 days from the date of the withdrawal notice, the user must return the product by registered mail or traceable shipping to the address indicated by the company.
Once the Company has received the product, it will refund the User via the payment method chosen by the User when placing the order. Finally, it is noted that the User is not entitled to withdraw in the following cases: - if the products delivered have been subject to abnormal circumstances; - if the buyer has not used the product with due care; - if circumstances beyond the Company's control occur, such as damage caused by force majeure or by the carrier during transport.
